Biography

 

Róisín is the Tolling Interoperability Manager and part of the TII’s Tolling and Emerging Mobility Division. She manages the operation of the Interoperability Management System with approximately 60 million transactions per annum with an annual revenue of approx. €200 million. She actively manages the relationships between the stakeholders involved in Irish Tolling Interoperability including the 11 Toll Road Operators and 3 Toll Service Providers.

She originally joined TII (then the NRA) as an archaeologist and was actively involved in developing and implementing the NRA’s archaeological policy for over 10 years. She also managed the archaeological contracts for several major inter urban road schemes. She has a BA in History and Archaeology and a Masters in Archaeology from University College Dublin.
