Cathal has a strong track record in managing transport and mobility operations and driving change management initiatives.  He has been working in the tolling and user charging sector for about 15 years and prior to joining the Transport Infrastructure Ireland, he worked for a number of consultancy firms on a variety of transport projects for public and private sector clients.
