Currently Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Triborough Bridges and Tunnels Authority (TBTA), an affiliate

agency of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), North America’s largest transportation network,

Dr. C. de Cerreño is an experienced transportation professional, with extensive knowledge and background

in policy, research, project management, and operations. In addition to her work as the COO, overseeing

operations, maintenance, safety, and intelligent transportation and tolling for TBTA, Dr. C. de Cerreño is

the project lead for the Central Business District Tolling Program (“congestion pricing”), which began

revenue operations on January 5.
