Elly Sinaga has been in the industry for over 10 years. She is currently working as a Senior Lecturer at Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Technology and part of ITS Indonesia working as an Advisor. As well as working at the Indonesia Road Safety Partnership as a President. 

Previously from 2012 to 2016 she has been with the Resarch and Development Agency Ministry of Transportation as Deputy Director-General and promoted to Director-General. Further to her more recent experiences in 2016 she was the Director-General for The Greater Jakarta Transport Authority Ministry of Transportation.
