The Road User Charging Conference is the world’s longest-running independent annual gathering of global tolling, mobility pricing and ITS professionals. 

For 21 years it has provided a unique and unrivalled platform for international perspectives on all forms of road user charging and why the future of intelligent transportation systems is vital in driving our understanding of how the world’s major road networks and infrastructure will serve future generations. 

Now in its' 22nd year this two-day gathering of industry leaders and senior decision-makers in Brussels, Belgium welcomes delegates from around the world and across sectors to encourage active discussion, invaluable peer-to-peer learning, and analysis of best practises for planning, promoting and delivering road-charging projects on motorways, highways and in urban environments everywhere.

Road User Charging Conference Middle East & Africa 2024

Road User Charging Conference Middle East Africa (MEA) brings together leading public- and private-sector transportation professionals from organisations and businesses based in more than 40 countries across the region to share best practices, ideas, and information on how to better regulate traffic and generate revenues on highways and major arterial roads in and out of the region's most congested cities.

Road User Charging Conference USA 2024

Following its debut success in 2022 and the virtual RUC Americas 2021 conference, the Road User Charging Conference USA highlights the latest tolling technologies, road-usage charging projects and intelligent transport systems being implemented across America.

The two-day event, held in Miami, Florida on 23rd & 24th May 2024, brings together transportation professionals from US State DOTs, MPOs, transit agencies, think tanks, lobbying groups and alliances across the USA to share best practices, ideas, and information.

A packed agenda focuses on how traffic is regulated, and revenues are generated on highways, freeways, and express lanes, as well as on turnpikes in and out of the USA's most congested cities, from New York to Los Angeles.
