Ken Pierce is a senior tolling operations manager with Transport Infrastructure Ireland. Ken leads the team responsible for the oversight and management of the barrier-free tolling operation on the M50 motorway in Dublin, Ireland. Ken also works on the project responsible for the planning and development of the Better Road User Charging Evaluation (BRUCE) project, which is preparing for the future expiry and hand-back of the PPP assets and planning for the next generation of road-user charging for Ireland (2030+).
