Ragnar Bjartmarz obtained a Master of Science from Technical University of Denmark (DTU) before following up with serval studies within business and management. After working in different C-level management positions for a number of years, he began working as an advisor and freelance manger, primarily within strategy planning and execution. For the last year, Bjartmarz has led the setup of an Icelandic governmental road usage charging (RUC) strategy centre. The 'Our Roads to the Future' initiative aims to unify departmental efforts between three ministries toward a holistic national strategy. Its focus is on crafting a comprehensive vision and strategy for implementing RUC in Iceland, tailored to meet the country’s infrastructure and mobility objectives.
