Stephan Koesling has been head of strategy and business development at Toll Collect since 2019. As of 2018 a federal enterprise, Toll Collect is a service provider for toll collection and enforcement in Germany. Stephan oversees the strategy development focusing on long-term value creation for the company and its stakeholders. He is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to identify new business areas for Toll Collect, which strives to become a service platform for infrastructure and digital services. Stephan has more than 15 years of experience and expertise in the mobility and tolling industry as well as in developing technology-driven services. He is also an executive MBA alumni of ESCP Business School.
