FAQ

What is the event about?

The Road User Charging Conference provides the latest insight, case studies and debate on current trends and future challenges that affect senior decision makers who have responsibility in the intelligent transportation systems and road pricing fields. This two-day gathering of leading practitioners welcomes delegates from around the world and across sectors to encourage active discussion and peer-to-peer learning.

When and where does it take place?

The Road User Charging Conference 2025 takes place on the 4th & 5th March 2025 at Steigenberger Wiltchers, 71 Avenue Louise / Louizalaan 711050 Brussels, Belgium.

Who is the event for?

Due to the high-value nature of the content being provided, places are reserved for senior level practitioners, policy makers and project leaders, e.g. Heads of Contracts, Senior Policy Advisors, Transportation Strategy Directors, Heads of Charging and Toll Policy Leads - not solutions providers such as business development contacts within tolling systems organisations, and the organisers reserve the right to refuse applications.
